You keep ownership of the clips you select and the videos you export. ValoReel does not upload, host, or claim ownership of your source clips or exported files.

You are responsible for the clips you use, the settings you choose, and where you publish any exported video. Do not use ValoReel to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

Availability and results

ValoReel is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, video file, or clip length.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ValoReel is not responsible for lost files, failed exports, browser crashes, lost revenue, publishing issues, or other damages related to your use of the site.
